These include: Collaborate with the project manager to provide inputs to business case, project scope and charter, project schedule, resource allocation and LOE estimates, product licenses and maintenance purchase, SOW for professional services, and prioritize development activities. * Define and manage developer tasks and coordinate development activities within and across development teams and peer service organizations (such as business side, security architects, infrastructure engineers, system and security administration, testing, operations, and vendor). * Provide technical guidance and review the development work including product install and setup, technical design, coding, integration test, performance/high availability/disaster recovery test, and system deployment. * Ensure that architecture/requirements are fully understood and use cases are validated through robust development test. * Ensure that barriers to successful development are promptly identified and resolved. * Participate in product evaluations, architecture and engineering design, requirements discussions, SIT and UAT test support, and software defect management. * Provide effective written and oral communication at all levels of management, peers and customers. * Manage client interaction and expectation, and seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction. * Assist with staff training and mentoring.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
