Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes • Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement • Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues • Identify and test business processes and recommend improvements. • Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes • Liaising between the IT department and the Executive branch. • Acting as an information source and communicator between business branches. • Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth. • Enhancing the quality of IT products and services. • Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models. • Utilizing IT data for business insights. • Analyzing business needs. • Sourcing and implementing new business technology. • Finding technological solutions to business requirements. • Producing reports on application development and implementation. • Running A/B tests and analyzing data. • Analyzing data to inform business decisions. Requirements: • Bachelors Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience • Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational • Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive • Ability to work independently and with others • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills • The International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) accreditation (preferred) • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification (preferred).
