The ideal candidate must have with strong technical, organization, and communication skills. The Candidate is required to perform Oracle, MYSQL and SQL Server database administration activities. •Design logical/physical data modeling of all internally developed databases •Perform database-related performance tuning and optimization to improve the performance of the system •Responsible for all of the server and database security for all environments. Create necessary server and Active Directory groups in order to provide the required access to customers. Audited the servers to ensure continued compliance. •Resolves complex or ambiguous database issues •Install, configure and upgrade of software including code deployment •Participates in systems planning, scheduling and implementation •Assists with data conversion and normalization, as necessary Required Skills: • 5+ years of experience in administering and tuning databases on Linux based platform. Solid knowledge of Linux / Unix operating systems and shell pr • Schedule database backups and perform database refreshes • Design logical/physical data modeling of all internally developed databases • Perform database-related performance tuning and optimization to improve the performance of the system • Resolves complex or ambiguous database issues • Responsible for all of the server and database security for all environments. Create necessary server and Active Directory groups in order to provide • Install, configure and upgrade of software including code deployment • Participates in systems planning, scheduling and implementation • Assists with data conversion and normalization, as necessary. • Maintains existing third-party and in-house developed scripts and databases. • 3+ years of experience working directly on Oracle RAC, OEM and Datamasking pack • 3+ years of Oracle SQL or PL/SQL development experience • Experience with installing, configuring, upgrading and tuning Oracle 12c on Linux • Experience with configuring database accounts using Active directory • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 12c, Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN), and have Unix shell scripting, SQL Scripting and PL/SQL experie • Ability to write stored procedures • Provide assistance with technical support to developers and analysts • Provide weekend and after hours coverage for all systems on an “as-needed” basis. • Create and maintain database documentation NOTE: ***Local candidates STRONGLY preferred***   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
