This position provides installation and operational support for clinical applications being utilized and implemented at our locations. The candidate needs to have the ability to work in a team environment and will be directed by the on-site delivery manager. Responsibilities: • Resource will be installing/building and/or supporting the Soarian Clinical application. • During installation/building, resource will be responsible for the completion of customer IT analyst tasks (analysis, adaptation, testing, etc.) per project work plan. • Post-live support tasks will include but are not limited to: SIEV inbound interface error resolution, application break/fix resolution, application requests for enhancement, checkout and testing of software updates. • Review changes and upcoming developments in software applications.
