Required - Excellent meeting facilitation skills and techniques including experience in developing and delivering training curriculums 8. Required - Strong team working skills - ability to successfully interact in a small team environment 9. Required – Willingness and experience doing high quality, detailed, independent, "down-in-the-weeds" process/procedure development work using all standard process tools and templates 10. Required - Experience in rigorous Change Mgmt - PROSCI certification preferred 11. Required - Extensive experience in a consulting BA role 12.
