This role is responsible for facilitating business process design and system delivery, serving as a key liaison among development, business, and testing teams. The BSA will gather and document requirements, review technical designs, recommend process and system improvements, and support testing activities for application modifications. Scope of Work: Requirement Elicitation & Documentation: Conduct interviews with users to gather business and technology requirements and prepare complex functional design documents and specifications. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the interface with applications development, business staff, and testing teams to define the highest-level software and system requirements. Process Review Leadership: Coordinate and lead review sessions among business users, developers, and testing staff to ensure full understanding of requirements and proposed designs. Analysis and Problem-Solving: Independently analyze and document solutions to complex business problems, ensuring accurate completion of assignments. Data Analysis & Design Management: Collect, interpret, and present data using SQL for analysis; ensure designs are managed with version control (e.g., GIT in Azure DevOps).
