This position will provide systems and application support of the web infrastructure and cloud services at DOT. Support tasks for existing web infrastructure, systems, and applications issues include the following: • Provide design, development or technical support for WebSphere and IIS application platforms • Provide design, development of automated application deployments and staging in web environments • Provide day to day operational support - resolve problem tickets, abends, application scheduling issues and questions associated with DOT web infrastructure and application support • Independently or with BITS or business unit staff - address prioritized project implementation efforts. • The candidates must have skills and experience in the following: • WebShere – 5+ years • System administration – 5+ years • Application troubleshooting and performance tuning - 5+ years • Application staging – 5+ years • IIS – Installation, configuration, troubleshooting for applications – 3+ years • NAM (Novell Access Manager) advising on configuration changes – 2+ years • F5/VIP – Architecting, configuration, and testing – 3+ years • eDIR (eDirectory) – configuration, troubleshooting, and changes – 3+ years • Application debugging – working with developers to debug application changes – 3+ years • Supporting web-based development using: Java, Javascript, Websphere, IIS, Nexus, Maven, Jenkins, and container platforms • Business Analysis • Web Server applications delivery, deployment, automation, and load testing Hill Farms State Office Building is: 4822 Madison Yards Way P.O.
