Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring resource allocation, and facilitating effective communication to drive the successful implementation of HR initiatives in alignment with organizational goals. Ideal candidate will have experience leading project involving the HR PeopleSoft enterprise system. This experience MUST be clearly reflected on resume with technical details included. State Cardinal system experience is a plus. Experience using agile project management methodology - required and must be clearly reflected on the resume Must have an active PMP certified.
