Description:

Interviews will be done via phone or web based. Teleworking will be available due to COVID; their "base" location will be 600 East Main Street, Richmond VA 23230 once offices reopen.

TAX - Sr. PowerBuilder Software Developer
Max vendor rate - $86.75/hr


Required Skills:

Developer with 10 + years of experience in the following: SQL, Object oriented software design and development, Powerbuilder version 11 or higher and Oracle Database version 12G.

Preferred Skills:

- Technical knowledge in designing, developing and maintaining processing and revenue management system

- Experience with State and Local government strongly Preferred

- Potential contract to hire in six months strongly preferred

**Please note: If agency can find qualified candidates that can be hired after 6 months that is a preference only - not required. They will also consider other qualified candidates that dont meet that hireable criteria. Candidates that are interested and eligible for perm hire must also go thru the regular interview process for the client. Full time roles are not guaranteed. Salary conversion will be discussed once suitable candidate is found and applies to fte role at 6 month point. Perm is optional only - candidate is not obligated to go perm.
