Skills and Qualifications • Technical Skills: Experience with business process modeling and general office productivity tools is required. • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights, is preferred. • Required Experience: o 10+ years of experience working in technology domains. (Higher education preferred.) o 5+ years of experience eliciting and documenting business requirements and user stories in Waterfall and Agile project environments. o 5+ years of experience creating test plans and test cases. o 5+ years of demonstrated ability to work independently with some guidance on work product. • Education: A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but not required. A relevant Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
