We should be looking for a program manager level person who could understand the project needs at a high level (business + technical), track the project, identify the project needs w.r.t resources/budget, keep all the project stakeholders ( business + IT) updated on the project status/needs and help the team to work towards project goals. High-Level Skill Set expectation è Experience in dealing with senior business users è Ability to understand technology and act as a bridge between business and IT team è Create and track project plan to meet project goals è Present project status and budget/resource needs to business users in the weekly status meeting .
