The key responsibility is to be successfully delivering identified projects, its objectives and project stages prior to scheduled time-frame. The resources is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. The resource will create project plan and ensure the project is completed on time, all the objectives are met and deliverables are implemented within specified time-frame. The resource will work with multiple groups, internal and external customers, SMEs, business users, systems analyst and technical resources and bring the group of people to work together to achieve specific objectives. The responsibility includes all aspects of a project from the beginning stages through to completion. Required Skills: * Experience managing complex IT projects with diverse cliental group. * Excellent consultative, listening, communications and analytical skills. * Strong leadership abilities, interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectivel * Project ownership and be accountable for delivery of services to the stakeholders. * Strong verbal and written skills is required. * Good analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. * Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management. * Experience in people management, risk management and change management. * Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment. * Microsoft project tool and Microsoft Office suite. * Managing and strong understanding of financial systems. * Candidates MUST possess PMP certification through PMI (no other certifcates qualify) or VITA PM credentials   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
