Job Description : Description: T-Mobile is looking for a Technical Operations Program Manager candidate with extensive PowerBi experience to join their Marketing group as part of the Marketing Communications Operations team. The candidate will be collaborating heavily with our data strategist and business owner to bring robust data visualizations per executive leaderships needs. This position is located in our Bellevue, Washington offices and is open to local candidates. In order to create the visualizations and empower our leadership to understand team performance, spend, capacity modeling, and to work towards annual planning, we are needing to build out actionable reporting centers. We are looking for a PowerBI expert with advanced Business Intelligence (BI) development, data modeling, and database design experience. The successful candidate will have extensive experience is using DAX for formula creation, data set ingestion and transformation, dashboard creation, and the ability to build out a tool integration. Extensive expertise with the Microsoft Stack is required with a concentration on Power BI as well as PowerApps solution platform. Due to the highly collaborative nature of the role, candidate must be highly skilled in both written, verbal, and presentation communication in professional environments. Proven ability to influence without authority. Excellent organizational skills and ability to managing multiple concurrent efforts. High energy and a positive outlook Requirements: * Bachelors degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or computer engineering and/or 5+ years equivalent work experience * Must be a Power BI Expert with at least 3-4 years of experience * Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerApps & Enterprise level Microsoft suite of products (including: Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, etc.) * Expert in making DAX queries in Power BI desktop. * Experience of 4+ years in data preparation, data gateway, data warehousing, and validation * Experience of 4+ years and familiarity with Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack having Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS. * Experience working with Azure technologies: Azure Data Factory (ADF) creating multiple complex pipelines and activities; using both Azure and On-Prem MS SQL Server data stores for full and incremental data loads into a Cloud DW * Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, and other JavaScript libraries * Experience creating, and delivering/publishing dashboards * Experience in reporting portal design and development * Translate business needs and data related concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through visualized reporting * High level of demonstrable proficiency connections to external data sources, REST APIs, etc. * Proven experience with report writing and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data modeling * Self-managed, self-motivated, with the ability to work alone or as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication * Ability to work alone or as part of a team Responsibilities: * Power BI development and administration * Building Analysis Services reporting models * Develop models, dashboards, and reports, based on users requirements * Partner with cross-org stakeholders to build and maintain data in Azure * Connect to data sources, importing data and transforming data for Business Intelligence * Consult on PowerApp capabilities as they relate to rep   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
