Your exceptional skills in the areas of continuous integration tool stacks (e.g. - TeamCity), web service and database test automation, and TDD, will be a force multiplier to increase the overall effectiveness of the team. We need a leader at identifying areas of opportunity within the constraints presented, someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organization and communications skills are key being able to clearly communicate technical issues and resolutions to key stakeholders -both verbally and in writing – are critical. Key Responsibilities: Design / refactor a real time dashboard database Build solutions according to software engineering design best practices for maintainable extensible code Use approaches that allow incremental continuous improvement within the contraints of an existing technology stack while taking advantage of opportunities to make the technology stack more effective Ability to work in an environment of fluid requirements and priorities Ability to cross team boundaries to forge successful deliverable outcomes Pursue technologies and techniques that accelerate the software delivery capabilities of the team Ability to elicit requirements from members of the organization as well as reverse engineer requirements from legacy code Communicate in ways that provide genuine insight into design, risk mitigation strategy, execution progress, process, and quality Qualifications & Experience: SQL database design and optimization Redis Cache design and optimization Continuous Integration practices 8+ years hands-on experience building commercial software systems 3+ years using .Net; must be proficient 5+ years of delivered 4GL language solutions 5+ years of delivered database solutions (SQL, No SQL, Redis, or similar) 5+ years of delivered web technology solutions (e.g. - .Net Web API, Rails, XML, HTML, IIS) Full stack .Net experience (Web UI, .Net Core) a plus NoSql experience a plus Bachelor degree in computer science, electrical engineering OR equivalent experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
