Job Description : Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to Field Ops, while supporting network performance initiatives, installation projects, and equipment maintenance. Answer phones to support GCs, outside team request, and vendors, while demonstrating courtesy and professionalism. • Project manage work with telecom vendors to meet schedules for new equipment installation. Support key projects, providing day-to-day updates to Senior Technicians and manager as directed. Collaborate with team members, actively participating in discussions toward achieving results. Openly share ideas to help gain efficiency, solve problems, or add value to the business. • Support team by contributing 100% as an individual, while prioritizing team success. • Quickly adapt to change, seeking to understand the whole picture to best adapt. Routinely test, locate, and repair complex equipment problems. Required Qualifications • 3 - 5 years experience in switch or field operations and knowledge of Nokia technologies • Self-motivated; exhibits initiative in achieving goals and objectives • Flexibility with ever-changing environments and priorities • Solid communication skills; verbal, written and presentation. • Basic understanding of theory and application related to RAN, including 2G, 3G, 4G, & 5G. Solid skills in Microsoft office products with advanced skills in Excel specifically. Operational knowledge and theory of all interconnecting circuits to include but not limited to T1, T3, & work in a DACS. • Solid understanding of theory and advanced understanding of application related to transport IP and Microwave Radio. • Proficient with Alcatel 7750/7950 MAD Routers, & Alcatel CSRs and the ability to provision and troubleshoot issues. • Familiar with the following T-Mobile tools: OneConsole, PIER, Element, SLIPED, BTS Manager, Nokia OSS, NE Integration Wizard, Monitor, CM Operations & Editor, RATT & ANPS. • Expert level of understanding and creation of Nokia CIQs, & SCFs troubleshooting skills to support all RAN integration work. • Advanced knowledge of Ceragon & Aviat Microwave including provisioning/troubleshooting. • Ability to validate successful E-911 calls & troubleshoot/resolve provisioning issues.
