This team is looking for a CRM Configuration Developer that gets excited about working with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. 4+ years of development experience working on project team and/or 3+ years of experience working on a scrum team. A strong data mindset that includes experience with data modeling, working with and understanding various sources of data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to triage technical issues and drive resolution with cross functional teams. Strong communication skills with ability to communicate across the enterprise and with partners globally. Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of hands-on experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with a demonstrated ability to make configuration and data model changes in the application. Ability to consume and deliver work defined as user stories/acceptance criteria. Ability to lead discussion with team members to help understanding out of box capabilities vs. need for custom development work. Demonstrated customer focus with experience and ability to assess root issues and resolve customers satisfaction issues.
