The work will require experience developing the following deliverables: business cases, performance metrics and tracking processes, business and technical requirements, process and workflow documentation, cost analysis, presentations, and initiative budgets and associated decision packages. Requirements : a) Staff completing the work must have at least 12 years business analysis, requirements analysis, technical writing, budget development, application portfolio management, project coordination, change management planning and technical presentation experience within Washington state agencies. b) Staff completing this work must have direct experience working on multi-million dollar, business technology improvement and modernization projects within Washington state agencies. c) Staff completing the work must have technical writing experience developing project documentation, RFx, service level agreements, decision packages, business and use cases, technical requirements, and business and technology communications. d) Staff completing the work must have demonstrated experience coordinating work efforts with diverse technical and business partners within agencies and with the agencies technical vendors and service providers. e) Staff completing this work must have expert level experience with Microsoft Office products including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
