Contractor shall undertake such correction service as set forth below and shall use its best efforts to make corrections in a manner that is mutually beneficial. Contractor shall disclose all known defects and their detours or workarounds to The WSLCB. • Answering technical questions from WSLCB staff • Providing technical guidance for WSLCB IT staff • Maintenance and support of routine programming and planned software enhancements • Routine programming and technical maintenance for embedded third party software, such as MapPoint. • Application/database maintenance and troubleshooting • End user and technical training related to the Electronic Notebook. • Project management related to programming and planned software enhancements • System analysis related to programming and planned software enhancements • Business and technical requirements gathering related to programming and planned software enhancements • Redeployment/disaster recovery of the Electronic Notebook software application in the event of a major issue. • Software/database development in support of system/OS upgrades and maintenance • Software testing related to programming and planned software enhancements • Installing and configuring hardware and software specifically required by the Electronic Notebook application • Data conversion and migration related to programming and planned software enhancements • End user and technical documentation related to programming and planned software enhancements • Technical staff augmentation to provide technical services at the direction of the WSLCB. • Provide support and oversight to the SQL servers utilized by the Electronic Notebook software application and trouble shoot or assist in troubleshooting issues as they occur. • Help Desk Services: Contractor shall provide Help Desk Services for reporting errors and malfunctions and troubleshooting problems. Contractors Help Desk Services shall be web-based, by toll-free telephone lines o Provide WSLCB with detour or code correction to the Software error or malfunctions. Each detour or code correction will be made available in the form of either a written correction notice or machine-readable media and will be accompanied by a level of documentation adequate to inform the WSLCB of the problem resolved and any significant operational differences resulting from the correction that is known by the awarded Contractor,   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
