Job Description Consultant: VB.Net, SQL Server 2000/2005/2008, Windows Server 2000, C#

[Note: Response Due Date: Oct 11, 2011]

[Note: contract period: FROM: 10/31/2011 TO 9/30/2012]


Mandatory Experience and Qualifications:

1) 5 years of experience in
a) Analyzing, developing, testing, deploying n-tier applications including object oriented programming using VB.Net.
b) Analyzing, designing, developing SQL Server 2000/2005 databases including creating/developing database objects like Tables, Views, Indexes and stored procedures.
c) Visual Studio development tools.
2) 3 years of experience in
a) Designing and/or developing WCF Services using VB.Net implementing robust security.
b) Deploying the applications to Windows 2003/2008 server.
c) Windows 2000/Vista clients.
3) 2 years of experience in creating and delivering solution architectures for n-tier distributed systems
4) 2 years of experience in creating and developing WPF (C#) applications.
5) 1 year development experience or knowledge using Entity Framework.

Highly Desired Experience and Qualifications:

1) One year of experience in understanding the AAMVA Messaging system flow with CDLIS transactions for driver licenses.
2) Six months experience in source code management using Team Foundation Server.
3) Six months prior experience working from technical specifications documentation and writing deployment/implementation scripts.
4) Six months proven skills in unit, integration and system testing multi-tier applications in a Windows 2000/Vista environment.
5) Six months prior experience working with SharePoint collaboration tools to manage defect status.
