Highly Desired Experience and Qualifications: • Previous Experience with OSPIs systems or previous projects • Experience in utilizing Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies • Demonstrated strong people skills. • Detail-oriented. • Proven ability to facilitate the collection of ideas and information, assist in its analysis, and document the results – in narrative form as well as with graphics (such as Visio drawings). • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, facilitate communication amongst team members, and to bring a group to a consensus. • Excellent PC skills, particularly in writing business documents and in creating and maintaining spreadsheets, with the ability to analyze business requirements and maintain budgets. • Strong leadership qualities, trustworthiness, reliability, and strong professional communication skills.
