Contract Staff must have foundation in system development, depth in data modeling and database design, establish and merge data. WSLCB anticipates hiring one (1) DataModeler. *Required Skills: *Advanced degree in information technology management, computer, engineering, or a related field. *Minimum of 10 years experience in Data Modeling *Recent experience on a large-scale project converting complex data structures from multiple sources *Experience working in agile development on data warehouse projects with multiple iterations of model releases *Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of dimensional Data Modeling and extensive experience in Modeling and Fact-Finding techniques *Ability to independently identify opportunities for improvement in Enterprise Analytical databases *Strong process and database design skills *Sound knowledge of data architecture principles *Knowledge of data management principles and practices *Knowledge in the major toolsets associated with Data Modeling *Strong skills in business analysis, business process improvement and design *Knowledge of data integration methods *Capacity to animate requirements sessions with business users *Excellent oral and written communication skills *Facilitation skills *Sound decision-making *Strong analytical skills *Results-oriented *Working with others *Strong organizational, interpersonal and coordination skills *Self-motivating, proactive *Demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and under pressure   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
