Develops, maintains and executes quality assurance test scripts and checklists, reviews documentation and tracking of rollout activities and reports on status and final results of those activities. Models and acts in accordance with clients guiding principles. Project: The main project is Pro Systems continuous delivery, Scrum/Agile team that maintains SAP systems. Variety of smaller and medium sized projects that all impact the SAP systems, changes, upgrades, etc. Day-to-Day: Attends project review meetings to provide input regarding all system functions and allow for planning of quality assurance testing on upcoming changes. Collaborates with internal business clients on achieving their needs during application development, in coordination with project management. Creates and publishes reports on status and results of quality assurance testing activities. Develops and maintains quality assurance test scripts, test plans and checklists starting at project design phase, for all current and new applications. Organizes materials and acts as librarian for all quality assurance test scripts, procedures and materials. Escalates problems and issues to the project manager, and offers solutions as needed. Creating test scripts for end to end Staging data in SAP for UAT testing Requirements: Develop and execute quality assurance test scripts, tests plan and checklists. (5+ years) Strong understanding of project management or software development lifecycle methodologies like ASAP, Waterfall & Agile. Experience designing and developing integrated tests between components and across applications. (3+ years) Experience with projects that sit across technology and other areas of the business and involved the adoption of associated business process changes that improved the overall organizational efficiency. (3+ years) Knowledge of SAP HR components (org structure) and integration. (5+ years) Experience integration testing with SAP. (5+ years) Proactive approach, willing to take the initiative and associated responsibility. Excellent diagnostic, problem solving and process analysis skills. Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders & comfort dealing with all levels within the organization. Excellent English communication skills (written and oral). Basic understanding of UI test automation. Attention to detail and the ability to master new applications and technologies. Flexibility and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines. Excellent analytical and prioritization skills. Some Automation may be helpful, some team is using Tasca and/or Selenium and Jmeter testing experience.
