Support release / implementations by creating change request, channel copy request forms and works closely with Retail POS release team. Gathers metrics for these implementations / releases Identify and provide for requirements for new / enhanced support tools Analyze data by extracting and analyzing monitoring tools (example includes Splunk / Tableau). Able to use query tools Documents and writes Knowledge base articles for releases for Enterprise help desk Create support documents (Training for within Ops team, Tier 3 support, how to use support tools, create DM jobs) Compiles / create operational reports based on Key performance indicator (Analyst will be provided with these KPI to report against) Compile and creates Root cause analysis reports (RCA) Supports tool recommendations Support team by performing site visits for troubleshooting purposes. Supports configuration management of routing dashboards / admin user interface, splunks etc Requirements: SQL Querys languages Cloud – Azure on this team .NET Any query language, MS Excel, MS Word, Knowledge of Cloud (Azure ) is a plus.
