As part of this effort, the Consultant is to provide semi-annual Quality Assurance Assessment Reports. The semi-annual reports are based upon ongoing performance evaluation regarding matters that may impact the planned project outcome. *Scope of Work: *The Quality Assurance (QA) Consultant can assume that the Puget Sound Emergency Radio Network (PSERN) will provide the following to QA Consultant during the term of the contract: *Project Management artifacts including project plans, budgets and status reports from which to develop quality assessments. All documentation and results from the inventory (assessment) Phase; *Plans and documents related to proposed future procurements, as applicable; *Access to draft and final System Vendor, A&E Vendor, Construction Manager, Construction Firm and third party vendor deliverables, where applicable; *Access to applicable System Vendor, A&E Vendor, Construction Manager, Construction Firm Contractor reports, information and vendors staff; *Access to Puget Sound Emergency Radio Network (PSERN) Project Team members, PSERN Project Director, PSERN Joint Board members and management to respond to questions and address issues; *Overview of Project Management methodology in order to be able to conduct project oversight services to independently assess project management practices and quality management services. *The QA Consultant will have a reporting relationship to the King County Project Review Board (Part of the King County Information Technology Governance Structure). The QA consultant will provide independent QA services to promote successful completion of PSERN project. *Quality Assurance oversight services will include, at a minimum, assessment of: *Project Planning and Controls *Project Manager performance/competency, including: *Planning and Control *Scope Management *Schedule Management *Cost management and budget projections *Quality management *Risk and issue management *Vendor management *Staff management *Communications *Status reporting *An Assessment of general PSERN Vendor Performance *Contract scope of work, acceptance criteria and deliverables *Performance per contractual obligations, such as: *Completion of deliverables per contract scope *Completion of deliverables per contract schedule/timelines *Completion of deliverables per contract price *Ability to deliver per contract *Stakeholder/customer involvement and effectiveness *Project organization and governance   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
