This person will be responsible for effective provisioning and support of the Agencys core applications and systems. Job duties will include the design, installation, coordination, and maintenance of critical software and related infrastructure components. The candidate will provide technical leadership through all phases of standard project management methodology. They will work with minimal supervision, assist and train other staff, and offer support for other technical teams. The Candidate will have expert level knowledge of the following technologies: VMware Horizon View, VMWare system level configurations, Two Factor Authentication (Vasco DigiPass), Microsoft Active Directory systems and services including but not limited to: Domain Services, Group Policies, SSL Certificates, Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and numerous Windows Operating Systems. The candidate will be a primary technical contact for agency managed application servers and will collaborate with our vendor partners to provide quality support for our applications and services to our staff and external stakeholders. The candidate will follow industry standard best practices and methodologies. They will provide knowledge transfer to other staff through both direct and indirect communication. Experience should also include those listed in the RFS and the ability to create technical documentation, policies, and procedures with the ability to train other System Administrators on those technologies. On-Call hours are required with this position. 1. An in-person interview will be required before a final selection is made. 2.
