Description :

The SharePoint System Administrator will serve as the primary agency email administrator for the Department. This position will be the agency liaison to the Department of Administration (DOA), Division of Enterprise Technology (DET) Collaboration team. Duties include creation and management of Agency Distribution Lists, Shared Mailboxes, Support, and maintenance of Archive Manager a third-party email archiving solution from Dell and Active Directory integration and authentication. This position will provide technical support for the Departments SharePoint environments. The candidate will be required to create new sites, have a thorough understanding of central administration, security, and capacity planning for SharePoint site collections. The individual will be included in various technology integrations and agency projects and will need the ability to multitask and have knowledge on a variety of systems. The position requires good communication skills and will function as a Technical Lead for other software for the Department may use. Experience in collaborating and coordination change in a dynamic environment is required. The candidate will be expected to follow industry standard best practices and methodologies, provide knowledge transfer to other staff through both direct and indirect communication, create technical documentation and policy procedures.
Participation in rotating 24x7 on call team is required.
