Support tasks for existing web infrastructure, systems, and applications issues include the following: ? Provide design, development or technical support for WebSphere and IIS application platforms ? Provide design, development of automated application deployments and staging in web environments ? Provide day to day operational support - resolve problem tickets, abends, application scheduling issues and questions associated with DOT web infrastructure and application support ? Independently or with BITS or business unit staff - address prioritized project implementation efforts. ? The candidates must have skills and experience in the following: ? WebShere – 5+ years ? System administration – 5+ years ? Application troubleshooting and performance tuning - 5+ years ? Application staging – 5+ years ? IIS – Installation, configuration, troubleshooting for applications – 3+ years ? NAM (Novell Access Manager) advising on configuration changes – 2+ years ? F5/VIP – Architecting, configuration, and testing – 3+ years ? eDIR (eDirectory) – configuration, troubleshooting, and changes – 3+ years ? Application debugging – working with developers to debug application changes – 3+ years ? Supporting web-based development using: Java, Javascript, Websphere, IIS, Nexus, Maven, Jenkins, and container platforms ? Business Analysis ?
