Description: Under the general direction of the Bureau of Technology Management (BTM) Team, and as a member of the BTM Content Solutions Team, this position is responsible for OnBase Administrative functions, development of electronic smart-forms (with integration. workflow, and notifications), Workflow and Workview applications as well as configuration and set-up of document scanning solutions for the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. Work with department personnel to identify requirements including work flow, approval, notification and storage requirements for the design, modification and/or development of new electronic forms/scanning solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy for each applicable business process. Develop Java and/or C# applications to integrate eForms with DOC legacy data. The OnBase Administrator/Developer shall comply with the Departments administrative rules and the agencys policies and procedures including those related to the Departments overall Reentry philosophy of using evidence-based strategies, practices and programs which target an offenders individual criminogenic needs and risk level. Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 1.Knowledge of methods to conduct interviews to gather, assemble, correlate, and analyze facts; draw conclusions; devise solutions to assigned problems; and make recommendations. 2.Knowledge of systems analysis processes and techniques. 3. Knowledge of effective verbal communication skills and writing techniques. 4. Knowledge of SharePoint. 5. Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall methodologies. 6. Knowledge of Forms Designer software to develop interactive electronic forms 7. Knowledge of On Base Electronic Content platform. 8. Ability to work on a large team and developing mutually-beneficial, effective professional relationships. 9. Ability and willingness to mentor and be mentored by professional peers. 15. Knowledge of CSS, HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, Java or C# applications. Knowledge of SQL, Oracle and .NET Framework. Knowledge of APIs and ability to consume REST web services /micro services to exchange data between eforms and DOC databases. Knowledge of Active Directory and single sign-on Knowledge of problem solving techniques and software testing.
