These applications are used by multiple DLTC programs, as well as programs that are administered by the Division of Mental Health and Substance Abuse (DMHSAS) and the Division of Health Care Access and Accountability (DHCAA). This position is responsible for providing technical support assisting in developing end-user training for these systems and for the development and distribution of end-user reference materials and documentation, ad-hoc reporting instruction manuals and guiding callers through complex systems. This position also performs system testing for system enhancements and upgrades. A contracted IT system analyst is being sought to perform the following tasks for the HSRS, FSIA and PPS systems: • Act as a delegated security officer for new user requests and user access changes • Set up and update new program agencies • Enter service providers and update service provider information • Resolve and correct member Master Client Index (MCI) errors and duplicate MCIs • Create and distribute reports to program area staff and stakeholders • Maintain system certified user and agency security officer lists for program areas • Test systems, including system enhancements and software upgrades • Other system-related tasks identified by program areas Step by step instructions have been developed for many of the tasks identified below, however, this contractor will have to perform multiple activities with limited on-the-job training, so a contractor with systems analyst experience and the corresponding knowledge and judgment is being requested for this position.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
