Duties and Responsibilities • Identify and deploy solutions that leverage OnBase technologies to improve operational effectiveness via improved service quality and efficiency • Design and develop business automation solutions. • Maintain appropriate architectural documentation • Assess needs for data/information. • Maintain expertise in OnBase and SQL technologies as well as emerging applications development and support, SDLC technologies. • Design and develop/build/implement integrated, lasting and multi-use solutions to accommodate data integration between systems. • Work independently with staff to assist them, guide them and mentor them to identify solution options. • Follow through with teams to ensure consistent solutions and continuous improvement. • Communicate on status to management and teams.
