Ensure system is meeting corporate needs. Experience and strong functional knowledge in support and implementation of Commitment Control across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Procurement (Req, PO & P-Card), Inventory, Project Costing, Billing, Accounts Receivable and Treasury is required (PS 9.0 minimum). Deep experience with General Ledger, including Combo Edit Design and Refinement, Trees, Summary Ledgers, and vision. Thorough understanding of both Expense and Revenue Commitment Control Ledgers. Experience working with multiple Control Budget Definitions under different SETIDs and with Parent/Child control Budget Definitions. Reports to a supervisor or manager. PeopleSoft Treasury/Cash Management Expert Project scope: Scope includes documenting business processes, fit/gap analysis, functional design, solution development, configuration, conversion, deployment of the implementation of Peoplesoft Treasury and Cash Management for the State of Wisconsin, with a focus on leveraging delivered capabilities and eliminating customizations and external systems. A 1-year duration project with a possible extension. Responsibilities: • Setup (or revision of the setup) of external and internal bank accounts • Book to bank reconciliation • Treasury accounting setup • In-house banking • Integration with PS GL, AP & AR • Cash position/Forecasting model setup • Liquidity reporting • Cash Management Dashboard • Designing reports for regulatory and compliance reporting requirements • Setup of Financial Gateway outbound payments layout and inbound statement and acknowledgement layouts (in conjunction with AP and AR where they are impacted) • Facility setup • Counterparty setup • Settlements and Fund transfer setup • Translate requirements and business process into a PS functional design with a focus on leveraging delivered capabilities and eliminating customizations • Interact with technical and functional teams to determine future state business processes and functional designs. • Designing and maintaining interfaces to external systems and vendors. • Provide PS application managed services by working with state resources and acting as a functional analyst in troubleshooting issues and assisting in stabilizing the applications during and post go-live. Must have • At least 10 years of Peoplesoft Treasury and Cash Management experience • Experience with specifically bank statement processing • Experience with Treasury accounting setup • Experience with Cash Management Dashboard • Experience with Peoplesoft fluid • Experience with Setup and Implementation of Cash Position functionality • Experience with all phases of an ERP application development including requirements analysis, fit/gap, design, development, test and deployment regression, parallel and user acceptance. • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, presentation delivery skills • Ability to review current banking structure and services and make recommendations for changes to support streamlined business processes • Experiencing transitioning a client that is already live on PeopleSoft from a “Banking” focused implementation to a Treasury & Cash Management focused implementation • Experience with Peoplesoft version 9.x at a minimum • Strong understanding of the Accounting impacts of the Treasury & Cash Management Modules Nice to have: • Experience with Peoplesoft vers   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
