Description : The State of Wisconsin, State Transforming Agency Resources (STAR) Program Office is seeking an experienced Supplier Contract Management Implementation Consultant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate the successful implementation of PeopleSoft 9.2 delivered Supplier Contract Management (SCM) module to streamline State of WI contract management processes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of public procurement processes, contract management, and the Procure to Pay suite of modules within the PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) system. In conjunction with the SCM Project Manager, the candidate will serve as the lead system analyst and provide the necessary technical expertise to lead and support the end-to-end implementation of the SCM module, from project initiation to post-deployment review. The ideal candidate will follow a customer-centric approach to understanding and meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders with an ability to adapt to changes and evolving project requirements, should they encounter any unexpected challenges. The successful candidate must be able to successfully configure and deploy the selected functionality of the SCM module and integrations within the Procure to Pay suite of modules and will be required to lead, conduct or participate in all of the following tasks: 1. Requirements Gathering: In collaboration with the PM, work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring that the resulting implementation aligns with the STAR organizational needs. 2. System Configuration: Configure the SCM module to meet the specific requirements of the STAR organization, including contract templates, workflows, and approval processes. 3. Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring the accurate transfer of contract data from legacy systems to STAR. 4. User Training: Assist with the development of training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure that end-users can effectively navigate and utilize the SCM module. 5. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate UAT activities, including test plan creation, test case execution, issue resolution, and user feedback collection. 6. Issue Resolution: Identify and address issues and challenges that arise during the implementation process, working closely with the PM and business stakeholders to devise effective solutions. 7. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices for future reference. 8. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns promptly. 9.
