The incumbent will be responsible for liasing with State and partner sta?, as well as end users, to determine whether system modi?cations are needed as a result of policy changes, user requests, and/or other events. This position is expected to facilitate planning meetings and coordinate the development and testing of needed application and BI changes, which requires comprehensive knowledge of program policy development and operations, systems design, user acceptance testing, systems implementation and follow-up. This position is also responsible for requirements gathering, story creation, and business process documentation. The systems supported and to be developed by this position have a signi?cant impact on the day-to-day operations of workforce development programs serving job seekers and employers throughout the state of Wisconsin.
