This request is for an application architect for the Child Support KIDS Information Data system. This position will be responsible for architecting multi-layered object-oriented analysis and design deliverables, developing and supporting web applications in a Microsoft web application architecture utilizing ASP.Net and a DB2 database for the Wisconsin Child Support program. The Division of Family & Economic Security, Bureau of Child Support Services uses several web applications to manage the various aspects of the program. These applications include: wiKIDS, Child Support Online Services (CSOS) for participant financial and personal information; Lien Docket Web for Lien information; and License Certification Web professional license information. This position will also provide application architecture expertise and leadership for the Child Support Systems Modernization project, Consolidated Court Automation Programs project, BPM Replacement, and other federally mandated, state budget and administrative projects. Project duties are to provide architectural analysis, design expertise and quality assurance for child support web-based applications including WiKIDS and the document generation sub-system integration with Smart Communications, IBM BPM and FileNet. Project duties will also include completing and/or reviewing deliverables for all phases of the system development life cycle: project planning, requirements, analysis, design, coding, testing, quality assurance, development of user documentation, training materials and help screens. Additional Comments: First consideration will be given to those candidates that have experience with child support enforcement systems or large case management, financial or state automated systems (i.e., UI, TANF, TAX).
