This request will enable BITS to support the increased demand for Service Desk Operations that support DWD staff, computer systems and Identity and Account Management Services for the citizens to access DWD online applications. The contractor service will provide 1st and 2nd Tier computer support to DWD staff, manage the increased needs for desktop deployments and software releases, actively participate on service support teams (antivirus, patching, print, audio visual), and support critical agency processes and services. The contractor service will also be an essential source of staffing for critical agency products covering the MFA O365 technical support, the Teams VOIP Upgrade project and the Windows 10 Upgrade project over the next few years. The contractor services are also essential to support the mandatory registration requirements for Job Center of Wisconsin customers and to meet the continual changes made to public facing applications that exceed existing BITS staff resource availability. Accessing these types of benefits and services have placed an increased reliance on account management services (now more than 1,500,000 accounts) and require additional contractor services to assist citizens accessing DWD online applications for Unemployment Insurance, Employment and Training, Workers Compensation, Equal Rights, and Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. The support services includes: 1) supporting and managing computer devices (laptops and desktops), 2) handling and fulfilling software service request from customers, 3) Levaraging security tools and Identity and Account Management Tools for managing public user accounts, and 4) Cherwell Management, Cares Centurion Management Systems, LANDesk, and SecureDoc. The software includes, but is not limited to: Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Office 2010, Office 2016, Microsoft Skype for Business, Adobe products, Ricoh print software, Active Directory, VPN and multi-factor authentication tools.
