Hybrid - 3 days onsite Description : Multimedia Specialist Under the general supervision of the Office of the Secretary at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services this position provides the Department of Health Services (DHS) with a Multimedia Specialist. This position is required to know Video Production, Video Editing, Video Animation/Graphics creation, Audio Engineering, as well as Photography. In regard to Video Production, the candidate should know how to operate a variety of cameras, the use of lighting in each setting, the use of audio equipment in each setting, as well as know how to use a teleprompter system. In regard to Video Editing the candidate should know how to edit videos in either Adobe Premiere, Avid, Davinci, or Final Cut Pro. They should understand and know how to manipulate video footage to create a video for what the customer and or the department needs. They should also know how to add closed captioning to videos to allow for more accessibility. In regard to Video Animation/Graphics creation the candidate should know how to use tools such as Canva, Adobe After Effects, and or any other graphics creation software. They should understand how to create graphics, and or animations with the tools provided to create multimedia to be used in either videos or on social media platforms. In regard to Audio Engineering the candidate should now how to operate sound equipment such as microphones(wireless or wired), soundboards, audio press(mult) boxes, as well as speakers. In regard to Photography the candidate should know how to operate a DSLR camera, the use of lighting in each setting, as well as the use a photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or equivalent software. In this position the candidate should also have customer service experience as they are working with a variety of people.
