Expectations for this position are development of quality code, following coding standards, participation in active code reviews, sharing expertise, respectful communication, transparency, technical documentation, and the ability to perform production support. The developer may work on other projects as needed. The candidate should be able to work independently and know when to ask for help. Knowledge of DCF programs, prior experience with Financial applications development and familiarity with State of Wisconsin application systems, procedures, and development standards is highly preferred.
