This position works closely with WisDOT program managers representing the DOT business areas, with DOA STAR program managers, and with the Accenture integration team managers responsible for the product implementation. This position also works closely with and reports to senior executives overseeing WisDOTs STAR related initiatives. Qualifications: Extensive program management experience is required. Highlight experience managing high risk - high visibility programs with broad impact, involving multiple, concurrent initiatives across a large organization. Experience with the development of financial, procurement, HR/payroll and budget systems is desired. DOT has custom applications in these functional areas using web (Java, VB, xml and web services) and mainframe (COBOL , DB2 and IMS) technologies.
