The individual in this position will: • Be the face of IT for the Division of Management Services, and Bureau of Finance within DCF • Be responsible for technical and overall project management on large and small projects. Develop project charters, plans, deliverables and other project artifacts. • Work closely with the project sponsor and IT senior management to understand and prioritize project tasks. Solve complex technical problems. Understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, perform feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis. • Build an effective team and direct the work of the project team to meet project milestones. Research new technology and develop business cases.
