This position serves as a member of the core team that includes members of the Dept of Administration Division of Enterprise Technology, HEAB staff members, key IT contractors, application software vendor, and multiplehigher education organizations, multiple cloud stakeholders, data centers, and technical teams. The project manager will work closely with the core team to help identify areas of improved business processes and upgrades. Qualifications: Job knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 1. Strong and proven skills in managing large projects. 2. Knowledge of and experience in managing internal teams and software vendors to implement, support, and upgrade internal and third-party solutions. 3. Experience developing work plans and schedules, identifying milestones, and tracking and resolving project issues. 4. Proven ability to oversee and manage all phases of project including testing. 5. Extensive organizational skills for managing information, assignments and work with higher education sectors and agencies. 6. Extensive experience and ability to work as a member of a team that is responsible for a project. 7. Problem solving, systems analysis, and testing methodologies. 8. Familiarity and experience leading development of business applications, i.e., Microsoft .net. 9. Familiarity and experience leading cloud management solutions, data integration, and portals. 10. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 11. Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills. 12. Considerable knowledge of planning process including the project budgeting, reporting and review of recommendations. 13. Ability to prepare well-organized correspondence, reports, and planning documents. 14.
