Description : The Project Manager 3 acts a project manager for the IRIS modernization project project - a large multi-year project to replace a mission critical and highly automated case management system used by over 300 staff. The project manager, under direction of the DVR IT Manager, helps: - Identify project goals, needs, and scope - Plan and monitor tasks throught the project - Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed on time and on budget - Identify and manage resources needed to complete the project - Develop communications plans and maintain communication between project team members, stakeholders, and sponsors - Removal blockers and barriers to project success - Ensure a quality deliverable Top Required Skills & Years of Experience: 1. Change & Project management (10 yrs) 2. Agile methodologies (10 yrs) 3. Testing Methodologies (10 yrs) 4. Experience with IRIS modernization project (1+ years) Nice to Have Skills: 1.
