This position works under general supervision; may assign duties and responsibilities to staff during coordination of project work; and reports to the Deputy Chief Information Officer Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Excellent knowledge of information technology solution tools for a variety of applications. • Excellent knowledge of change management techniques and tools. • Excellent knowledge of agile software development process and methodologies. Experience with Scrum is preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to independently lead technical projects and teams. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to collaborate successfully with a variety of stakeholders, including those with divergent perspectives. • Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines. • Ability to adapt and respond to changing work situations and environments. Education and Experience • 1 – 3 years of project management experience leading information technology implementations. • 3+ years of experience in information technology or related field • Experience with project management software (Asana, MS Project, Visio, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.) • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. • Experience leading, directing, mentoring and influencing teams.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
