Production Support Track Manager The project is to provide production support and develop enhancements for the WV Integrated Eligibility application. Track Manager for Portals, Data Exchange and Caseload Management Supervise and guide 4-6 developers Review and approve items prior to production move Create, review and approve Requirements, Design, Testing documents for SOWs Create and manage project plans and play books Facilitate meetings with the client to develop solutions to reduce outages/downtime Facilitate war rooms during outages and send priority incident notifications What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? Management experience in one ( 1) or more projects involving the development or maintenance of an automated eligibility stem for a government Agency; Two (2) years of analysis and design experience on a statewide system; Three (3) years of system analysis experience, with special attention given to design, programming, testing, and implementation; Two (2) years of experience working with users to define their needs and product outputs to satisfy those needs in a pre-determined lime frame; Familiarity with both MainFrame and Distributed systems Peferred Skills Existing experience with SNAP, TANF, Medicaid eligibility systems Where is the work to be performed?   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
