The mainframe supports critical financial and administrative functions, including management of the Agencys approximately $4.7 billion annual budget, as well as human resources processes and employee information, forming the backbone of internal systems and applications. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for professional services that ensures the ongoing reliability, availability, performance, security, and operational continuity of these mission-critical systems. The selected firm will deliver stable, responsive, and secure support while enabling the Agency to maintain control over system availability, incident management, security compliance, and the long-term sustainability of the mainframe environment. Services may include operational maintenance, modernization initiatives, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and security management in alignment with Agency objectives.
