Additional information:
Resume and cover letter should not exceed two pages each. Emphasis should be on current assignment and how the candidate is performing.

From overall developer skill;
o We need a person that has good “heads down” approach and solid development skills to take on assignments primarily on the front-end but also understand the back-end for the complete Full Stack cycle.
o Understanding and demonstrated experience in UI (design) /UX (development).
o Comfortable and experience working on new frameworks i.e., React and Angular.
o Good coding and development practices.
o Good testing practices.

From a soft skills view point:
o Problem solver.
o Communicator - communicating well with others, team player
o Constantly learning and improving. PASSION to learn and not wait for someone else.
o Keeping up to date with the industry. Pre-requisite of exposure and experience on DevOps platform tools.
o Being able to manage time and prioritize.
o Work independently.

1. JavaScript/ReactJS/BoostrapJS (with 2 years of Bootstrap v5) - 4 Years
2. 4 Years Developing front ends with UI/UX Best Practices - Knowledge of ADA Compliance as related to UI/UX
3. Java/Springboot - 1 Year

1. Microservice Architecture
2. Kubernetes
3. Graphic Design
