Job Description :

What is the specific title of the position? Sr Quality Consultant

What Project/Projects will the candidate be working on while on assignment? Clinical Data Quality Improvement project to improve data received from ADT submitters and CCDA submitters.

Is this person a sole contributor or part of a team? part of a team
If so, please describe the team? (Name of team, size of team, etc.) CDSM Advanced Data Acquisition team. Team size is 10 people.

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis) Meet with external data submitters to make them aware of our data requirements and drive improvements in data quality with data submitter.

What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? Excel, PPT, Outlook

What skills/attributes are a must have? Good communicator, coordination, self-motivated, basic technical skills with clinical data, firm communicator, ADT and CCDA knowledge

What skills/attributes are nice to have? SQL queries, higher level Excel and PPT,

Where is the work to be performed? (Please list preferred UHG facility, if other please specify i.e. remote work, rural, etc.) Can work from home on Webex and Teams

What are the work hours? (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc) 8am-5pm CT

What type of interview process is preferred? (Face to face, phone, Skype, or a combination of the three) Webex or phone
