Essential Job Responsibilities: • Instruct participants in both classroom lectures and on-site sessions as well as distance learning programs • Use professional concepts to apply company policies and procedures to determine best practices as it relates to training • Conduct needs analysis to determine performance improvement solutions • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to ensure that course materials and training courses reflects current product features and organizational processes • Contribute to the instructional design process to develop internal education programs • Perform Level 1, 2, and 3 evaluations to determine applicability of course material • Maintain strong interaction with SMEs to create and revise materials; with end users to review and revise materials and with other internal departments for exchange of ideas • May perform other duties as assigned •Develop and maintain blended curriculum and supporting documentation for both instructor-led and eLearning formats •Consult with internal clients to understand training requirements and design appropriate solutions •Lead development of document structures and prepare a variety of documents with minor guidance •Other duties as assigned Position Qualifications: Education: • Bachelors degree preferred in Education, Psychology, Journalism, Communications or Business. • Equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree. Travel: Moderate travel may be required (up to 20%) Job-Related Experience: • Three or more years experience developing and delivering training • Experience writing procedures and/or documentation • Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Experience developing or designing eLearning modules (examples would be: Camtasia, Captivate, Articulate) Functional Area Skills & Knowledge: • Required: o Knowledge of delivery of employee job skills training o Knowledge of writing procedures and/or documentation o Knowledge in education analysis: job function analysis, task analysis and audience analysis o Knowledge in instructional design •Preferred but not required o Knowledge of EFT   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
