Job Description Consultant: ADP Enterprise, peoplesoft Hrms, Crystal Reports, MS Office

Description :
Client is looking for a System Administrator for ADP Enterprise HRMS system and Concur Expense system for a 12+ month contract in Cleveland, Ohio.
Provides IT support for various applications related to clients HR, Payroll and Expense Management systems. Acts as System Administrator for ADP Enterprise HRMS system and Concur Expense system. Responsible for configuration, security administration, new user account setup and maintenance. Trouble-shoots applications and interfaces. Supports users with report preparation using ADP Reporting. Assists with specification, testing and implementation of application software and/or customprograms used by to Concur, ADP, Kronos, or related systems.
* Administers user accounts for Concur Expense Expert, including adding new users, maintaining user data, acting as escalation point for Help Desk cases, providing support as needed to Accounts Payable team.
* Administers security access for ADP Enterprise, including new account establishment, configuring user workstations to access ADPR, resetting passwords, participating in periodic IT security audits.
* Prepares reports and data extracts using ADP Reporting and Export Utility. Troubleshoot users ad hoc reports.
* Investigate user problems; identify root cause and pursue resolution.
* Participates in requirement specification, testing and implementation of application software and/or custom programs.

Required Skills :
* 2-4 years of administrative/technical experience with ADP Enterprise or PeopleSoft HRMS, including the following:
* Administering security in Enterprise; v5 experience preferred.
* Development of complex reports using ADPR, ReportSmith or Crystal Reports.
* Work on IT development/acquisition projects; familiarity with systems development methodologies.
* Functional HR or Payroll experience.
* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Use of MS Office applications.

Desired Skills :
* Company and pay group configuration desirable.
* Mass change, import and export utilities desirable.
