The developer will be expected to • Have Object Oriented development skills in order to create WPF applications with C# code that can be easily maintained and extended to meet the growing demands. • Have Entity Framework experience and LINQ to support data-oriented WPF applications. • Have SQL programming experience with good understanding of database theory, design, and application. • Design and implement GUI using technologies including .Net, C#, WPF, and SQL Server. • Maintain existing code base and develop new code including C# and SQL programming. • Assure quality, maintainability, and extensibility for supported systems and risk applications. • Write technical documents. Minimum Qualifications • 8+ years application development and implementation experience • 7+ years of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) experience • 3+ years of .Net experience; preferred version 3.5 and above • 4+ years of Entity Framework experience; preferred version 4.0 and above • 3+ years of WPF experience; preferred version 4.0 and above • 3+ years of WCF/RESTful services; preferred version 3.5 and above • 3+ years of data modeling and SQL programming experience; preferred version SQL Server 2012 and above • Attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem solving skill • Solid database and SQL skills. Can design and implement table/view, write and debug complex SQL statements and stored procedures • Strong communication skill and team player Preferred Skills • Bachelor degree in Science, Computer Science, or Engineering • Strong object oriented analysis and design experience, with thorough understanding of design patterns and their application • Excel programming experience • Familiarity with agile software development techniques including designing software for unit testing and acceptance testing, and the use of continuous integration • Experience with full lifecycle software development • Basic understanding of financial concepts and instrument types with a preference on Market Risk knowledge   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
