Job Description Administrator: IBM DB2 For Z/OS Software, IBM Mainframe ZOS, -,

Description:

The Database Administrator is responsible for data analysis and database management.

Required Skills:

* IBM DB2 for z/OS version 8 or 9
* IBM DB2 Tools and Utilities (performance tuning, backup and recovery)
* IBM Mainframe System Programming on z/OS version 1.10 or above
* Past experience in delivering high quality work product in accordance with specifications and time schedules.
* Prior responsibilities that included prioritize tasks, budget time, and execute effeciently


Desired Skills:

* Rocket Software Shadow zDirect and zServices, plus Web Services Consumption and Shadow Studio
* IBM InfoSphere Change Data Capture for z/OS v10
* Mainframe Support – zSeries hardware, WLM, SMS, TLMS, TCPIP, TN3270, Serena ChangeMan, monitoring, security and job scheduling tools.
* BMC Catalog Manager for DB2
* BMC Change Manager for DB2
